My stay enjoyable. The room had ample space for my luggage, and I appreciated the heated bathroom floors. Especially Jessica and Linnea, were extraordinarily helpful.

The hotel rooms were perfectly clean and functional with a shared bathroom, comfortable bed and a real kitchen.

loved my really nice stay for a non-luxuary visit. i could see city from the window of the king room. recently added a personal safe, central heating, and an electronic key card were much appreciated during my business trip.

Breakfast, it was pretty standard, could be way much better.

I adored the hearty breakfast, especially the vitamin shot! The cozy atmosphere and our stylish Standard Twin Room, complete with heated floors, were good. Plus, the location is prime, right by Uppsala Cathedral, and just a hop away from great dining spots like William's Pub and Il Forno Italiano.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and huge and have pleasant views of the cathedral in the vicinity. Staff is pleasant and exceptional and you can park your car on-site.

Situated near the Uppsala Historic District, only a few minutes to the city by foot. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Free and fast WiFi access.

The location is utterly perfect, just a stone's throw from the Uppsala Cathedral and surrounded by local attractions within walking distance.

The breakfast room was quite small and crowded, making it a bit uncomfortable during peak hours, with limited options especially for vegetarians.

A very pleasant stay, with the hotel in a perfect location! The staff were incredibly friendly.

We had a roadside room, which was a little noisy. N.B. we had the window open due to the warm evenings, but the noise was much lessened by closing the window.

I wish that face cloths were included with the hand and bath towels.

We faced issues with parking since it wasn't included, and the staff at check-in exhibited a patronizing attitude when we arrived with our dog without prior notice. The breakfast area was unbearably crowded with limited choices. We felt unwelcome and the amenities promised, like the kettle for tea, were absent in our room.

Very good location, nice room, well furnished, friendly staff. Just make sure to get a room facing the back (towards the Cathedral), because the rooms facing the street are extremely noisy even during the night.

There is no lift.

Overall best possible location short walk to a peaceful park, the central shopping district in 5 minutes, and the city centre and the central railway station. Newly decorated and beautifully maintained room with pleasant views of the cathedral.
